We are pleased to announce that Knight Temple Attorneys, APC’s Managing Attorney Emmanuel O. Agge, Esq and partners have secured a record $14,000,000.00 (fourteen million dollars) settlement for a mother and her three minor children in a wrongful death lawsuit involving the father of the minors and spouse of our client. The decedent tragically died by drowning in a pool. While this settlement can never bring back the decedent, we are hopeful that our clients are able to move on with their lives.
